Welcome to our Bella Vista Lakeview Retreat — a fun-filled getaway in the wooded Ozark hills with beautiful views over Lake Ann, a hot tub, fire pit, gas fireplace, two living rooms, and dedicated game and music rooms. At 4,200 square feet across two full levels, it comfortably sleeps 15 — the right size for family gatherings, reunions and riding trips.
Mountain bikers can saddle up and ride out the front door: the world-class Back 40 trail system is just down the street, with Blowing Springs and Bentonville's Coler and Slaughter Pen networks a short drive away. After a day on the trails or the lake, unwind in the covered-deck hot tub, gather around the Solo Stove fire pit, or spread out across three wooden decks with outdoor dining and sun loungers.
Inside, the main level offers a vaulted living room with lake views, a large kitchen, a primary king suite with jacuzzi bath, and two family bedrooms. The walkout lower level adds a second living room with gas fireplace, a second full kitchen, another king suite, a flex room, and the game room — foosball, ping-pong, basketball toss and a wall of board games — plus a music room with record player, guitars and an amp under expansive lake-view windows.
The home includes thoughtful accessibility features: a garage ramp to the main level, a stepless lower-level entrance, shower benches on both levels, grab bars, and a low-threshold shower.
