An eight-bedroom estate across three buildings on 2.5 secluded acres in Austin's brewery district, backing directly onto Jester King. Sleeps up to 23. Twenty minutes from downtown Austin; minutes from Pedernales Falls and Hamilton Pool.

Heated pool, hot tub, disc golf, ping pong, bumper pool, air hockey, two arcades, and a pinball machine. Main house has four bedrooms with private baths and an open-concept kitchen and living area; two casitas add bunk rooms and Jack-and-Jill baths.

Events are allowed (extra guest fees apply over 16). A signed liability waiver is required after booking.

'We hosted a company off-site at this amazing space for 15 team members, and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the house, property, amenities, the number of outdoor games, the pool, and the 2 separate dwelling units. The separate units were great for allowing the ladies to have their own space and the gentlemen to have their own. We utilized the main living room for our all-day sales/marketing strategic meeting with an HDMI cable for the tv. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back both evenings, lots of putting on the green, disc golf, and the pool. Huge perk was being super close to Jester King brewery and easy access to the best that hill country of Austin has to offer. 5/5 stars!'

'My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Lisas beautiful Austin home! It was the perfect weekend getaway to relax by the pool and spend quality time together before the kids head back to school. The home was clean, spacious, and just as pictured - absolutely beautiful. Lisa was an amazing host! She responded to all my messages promptly (even at 10 PM - thank you, Lisa!) and was so accommodating by arranging both an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated.'

'Great find!! Lisa, Brandon and Brendan went above and beyond accommodating our group last minute. Their quick and thorough responses made our trip seamless. The property is beautiful! We had a large group ages 1-71 years so with the private yard, mini golf, fire pit, pool, hot tub and arcade game room - there was truly something for everyone. The home was clean and offered many sleeping arrangements so everyone had personal space and felt comfortable. We would absolutely book this property again!'

'We rented this property because our daughter was getting married at The Addison Grove. The property was charming and spacious for two separate families. The location ended up being ideal for the venue. It felt secluded and peaceful. Our group had a very memorable time playing in the game room and enjoying the fire-pit. We all had plenty of comfortable space. Brendan was only a text away with a very quick response. He was an amazing host. We would recommend this lovely home and area.'
