'Recently had a lovely stay at this location! Everything the host listed for this property was accurate and met my expectations. The back patio area, outside games and the canoe were awesome to have access to, I just wish I would have had the extra time to enjoy them - maybe next time! 'This place is perfect for families! The best part is the backyard porch, with plenty of seating and a tv. Its also fenced, making me feel very safe with my 2 year old to run and play. The inside has a nice setup, and the kitchen is stocked, even with childrens plates and cups. The arcade game was so much fun, as well as all of the board games and books provided. The neighborhood is a dead end street, so no through traffic and its cute and child friendly as well. The train tracks are close, so just be expecting it and its so exciting for the young kids to watch it go by!'

'Brendan was a fantastic host! Everything I needed answered was done in a very timely manner especially due to the holiday time. I was very impressed with how clean the house was! The description matches the house to a T. If youre ever in the Denton/Sanger area this stay is absolutely worth it. Thanks to Brendan I was able to have my family come visit for Christmas and it just felt like home. Incredible stay.'

'Great little house in Sanger that was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids), pet friendly, and cozy. This is perfect for a family trip if you need to be in this area or near Denton. This is a safer area than many areas in Denton that are in the same price range. The yard is completely fenced and safe for your pets, and the layout was great for having dinner, cooking, watching football - inside or outside.'
