Oikos Property Ventures Partners with ServantCare to Host Missionaries and Advance Kingdom Hospitality

Oikos Property Ventures has announced a partnership with ServantCare, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting missionaries and ministry workers, to provide unique and restorative short-term rental stays for those serving around the world.
From the beginning, Oikos Property Ventures has sought to be more than a property management company. Its mission has been rooted in creating spaces that bless, refresh, and encourage others—particularly those in ministry. Inspired by the words of Jesus in Mark 10:29–30, the company has built its vision around stewarding real estate as a platform for generosity and Kingdom impact.
A Kingdom-Driven Solution
For Oikos, the challenge was finding the balance between running a professional hospitality business and creating missional impact. ServantCare became the missing link, connecting Oikos with qualified, pre-vetted missionaries and ministry workers in need of accommodations.
“ServantCare has been a game-changer for us,” said Brandon Holman, founder of Oikos Property Ventures. “They make it possible for us to focus on hospitality while ensuring that the right guests—those faithfully serving in missions—can experience rest and renewal in our spaces.”
Unique Spaces for Renewal
Oikos specializes in managing distinctive properties, including geodesic domes, A-frame cabins, and other one-of-a-kind stays. These accommodations, which typically come at a premium, are now accessible to ministry workers through the ServantCare partnership.
“Many missionaries couldn’t dream of staying in these kinds of places on their budget,” said Brandon. “Through ServantCare, we get to offer them an experience that inspires, refreshes, and reminds them they are deeply valued.”
A True Win-Win Partnership
The collaboration also extends to property owners within the Oikos network—many of whom are missionaries themselves. By entrusting their homes to Oikos, they not only receive professional property management but also get to see their spaces used for Kingdom purposes.
Looking Ahead
Oikos Property Ventures and ServantCare are now working to expand this model, inviting more Airbnb and short-term rental owners into the network. The vision is to create a larger ecosystem of mission-focused stays where generosity flows naturally and ministry workers find the refreshment they need.
“Our prayer is that more property owners will join us in this mission,” said Brandon. “Together, we can build a network of hospitality that strengthens those on the frontlines of ministry while managing homes with excellence.”
